An elegant premium Sake from Niizawa, Hakurakusei Junmai Daiginjo is made from Omachi Rice, milled to 40%. A light bodied Sake with a delicate balance of flavours and textures, it offers a nice balance between subtle sweetness and refines acidity with a hint of banana.
