Fukucho Hattangusa Junmai Daiginjo [Specially cultivated rice]
The highest peak of Fukucho made from specially cultivated Hattan grass
Akitsu Town, where the storehouse is located, is a beautiful small town facing the Seto Inland Sea. It is also the town of Hiroshima chief brewers.
Cradleped in the rich ocean that sparkles in the sunlight, Fukucho cherishes the soft taste of Hiroshima's unique Ginjo sake, which has been brewed by the townspeople for generations. The raw material rice is Hattangusa, Hiroshima's oldest native variety of sake rice, which was revived from seeds and grown with reduced pesticides and fertilizers. Enjoy the mellow flavor and aroma, as well as the purity of snow that melts in your palm.
We have a gift box available, so it is also recommended as a gift for someone special.
