Yamadashouten TAMAKASHIWA Mukashi No Manma Tokubetsu Junmai
Features the grandparents of the current generation's owner on the label, "Mukashi No Manma" translates to "nothing has changed since the beginning".
Designed to match everyday foods and flavours, this sake is savoury and rustic, yet with very enjoyable tangerine and orange blossom notes thanks to the 55% Ginjo level polishing. Aged for 1 year which gives it a rounded complexity.
Pairs well with miso-marinated meats and fish, grilled/barbeque items, cheese, cream based past.
