Forest Dry Gin Spring

The four editions of Forest Dry Gin each feature the same botanical selection, just with different recipes to highlight the personality of each particular season.

The Spring edition of Belgium's Forest Dry Gin is based of spring roses. Rich, fresh, floral and citrus-led, this orange-tinged spirit turns pink with the addition of tonic.

Tasting Note:

• NOSE

  Fresh, bright juniper, followed by bright and breezy perfumed rose petals. Heady and enticing.

• PALATE

  The heady, perfumed rose-petal note continues on to the palate, with just a touch of warm spices and fresh, floral notes.

• FINISH

  Clean and dry, with the elegant rose-tinted perfume gently fading. Very light and rather sweet.
