Forest Dry Gin Autumn

One of the four seasonally-themed gins from the Forest Dry Gin series, created by Belgian sommelier, Jurgen Lijcops. This is the Autumn edition. Each of the expressions are made with the same botanical selection, though with a different recipe to reference each season's personality.

Tasting Note:

• Nose: Fragrant citrus and lavender with juniper always in the background.
• Palate: Surprisingly juicy notes of orchard fruit with a touch of menthol freshness.
• Finish: Cumin makes the finish slightly spicier than the palate.
