Mellow yet rich and refreshing notes of melon, muscat, and rice umami, with very pleasant touch of sourness.
Made with Yamaguchi's own Saito no Shizuku polished to 40%, a pure rice Daiginjo that's not charcoal-filtered (muroka) and pasteurised once only just before shipping (namazume).
Great with Asian dishes, especially sour and spicy dishes.
