Gorgeous aroma, smooth rice flavours with light layers of melon and muscat notes; balanced sweetness and bright, fresh acidity.
Made with Yamaguchi's Yamada Nishiki polished to 50%, a pure rice Daiginjo that's not charcoal-filtered (muroka) and pasteurised once only just before shipping (namazume). Great with seafood and simply-seasoned chicken and wagyu dishes.

Great with Asian dishes, especially sour and spicy dishes.
