Tamada Grand Reserve 2014

The Grand Reserve of TAMADA is made from 100% Single vineyard Saperavi from Akura Vineyard (gravel and clay soil) of the Napareuli appellation of Kakheti. 2014 is an exceptional vintage with hot and dry climatic conditions. Grapes were hand harvested, and undergone pre-fermentation hot maceration (MPC) with prolonged maceration, vinified with Melolactic conversion (MLF), and then aged in 60% new French oak barrels for 14 months.

Limited Production of 8600 bottles.

Crafted with a French twist by French winemaker Philippe Lespy from Bordeaux.
