Made to bring out the goodness of Junmai and Ginjo sake, and so the rice polishing was set to 58%. Light sparkling feeling in the mouth, rich rice umami and sweetness, bright acidity, noble bitterness that makes it a very refreshing drink and pairs well with food.

Goya is also the pronunciation for 58, Ryutaro san was born in Showa 58th year (1983), which is also the same year the brewery closed.

Not good with spicy food.
